Simons Architecture has completed over 300 Residential projects. By starting with the homeowners' view, we create unique designs [from 2,500 s.f. to over 10,000 s.f.] they can truly call "Home". In fact, when one of the largest home builder corporations opened its new offices in Albuquerque, the CEO selected Simons Architecture to design his family's residence in an up-and-coming Rio Grande Bosque Community. Today, this residence still reflects the best of living on the Rio Grande, while making family and friends feel at home.

CAPTURING THE OWNER'S OR INVESTOR'S VIEW
Whether we're serving our clients in New Mexico, Texas or Kansas, we strive to capture the owner's view, inside and out. That's our plan for making a dream design... a Dream Home!  Thoughtful resale checklists are shared with owners or investors to craft a design that anyone would desire to call "home".  Each design is customized to fit the construction budget, so our owners can budget for landscaping and interior extras too. If you're not certain about a particular licensed contractor or requirements for an engineer, we'll answer those questions, refer you to our recommended specialists or share about design/build options. We spend time on location with our owners to capture the best views of the site, whether you have a simple or an extraordinary lot. We verify construction progress and answer owners' questions with personal site visits.  To get started, contact us to schedule a consultation. We'll review your code restrictions with governing jurisdictions and meet any neighborhood architecture control standards. Many choose to ask their architect before committing to real estate, to be more certain about their investment.
